Assistant/Associate Professor of Diagnostic Sciences - Radiology
Creighton University School of Dentistry is seeking a motivated individual to develop, implement and support the didactic and clinical radiology pre-doctoral curriculum. The 12-month, tenure track Assistant/Associate Professor Teaching responsibilities include classroom and clinical instruction of dental students as well as presentation of continuing education programs. Experience as a course director, with innovative teaching methods, and use of contemporary imaging technology in practice are highly desired. The candidate will be expected to develop research projects and, based upon credentials, to participate in the interpretation of internal and external imaging studies for the School of Dentistry.

Primary appointment will be in the Department of Diagnostic Sciences. Candidates must have a DDS/DMD degree from an ADA accredited institution and be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Nebraska. Requirements also include completion of a formal advanced education program in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology or Oral Medicine recognized by the ADA Commission on Dental Accreditation. Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Radiology will be considered favorably. This is a tenure-track position and will require academic appointment in the Teaching Research tenure track. Candidates must also possess strong organizational and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a collegial, interdisciplinary environment.
This position is currently available with a projected start date of February 1, 2019.

Qualifications:
Candidates must have a DDS/DMD degree from an ADA accredited institution and be licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Nebraska.
2-4 years prior teaching experience;
