Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related area and/or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of applicable experience in leading/managing IT focused Project Management office functions.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Strong performance utilizing project management methodologies and practices to deliver complex projects on time, and on budget
Working knowledge proficiency in Project Management skills: Communications Management, Cost Management, Human Resource Management, Integration Management, Procurement Management, Risk Management, Scope management, Stakeholders Management, Time Management
Demonstrate the ability to perform Requirements Gathering, Process mapping, Quality Management, Contract management, Process improvement,
Project management skills should be with projects of varying complexity and size
Proficiency with Application Development Methodologies – Waterfall or Agile
Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite
Demonstrate the ability to perform financial management and ROI calculations
Proficiency in at least 1 PM tool
Strategic and tactical planning
Strong Analytic skills
Some understanding of advanced technical components and system interactions
Working knowledge level of proficiency in Business case development, functional and technical requirement documentation
Communication including technical writing and verbal
Strong customer relationship management
Collaboration
Teamwork focused
Strategic planning and resource allocation
Mission and Service Orientation
Accountability and adaptability
